Cheyenne Capidolls-2014 Wyoming Roller Derby Association WyoCup Chapions

The Cheyenne Capidolls Roller Derby League was founded in 2010 and is the first Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (“WFTDA”) derby team in the State of Wyoming.

The Capidolls are dedicated to training and developing roller derby skaters at all skill levels and providing both recreational and competitive opportunities to play roller derby in the region.

The Capidolls league has two women’s teams, the Cheyenne Capidolls and the WFTDA ranked charter team, the Capidolls Stars.

The Capidolls and Fronterrors are currently recruiting new skaters, referees, and non-skating volunteers. Email capidolls@yahoo.com to get more information

Cheyenne Fronterrors

We practice at Roller City Cheyenne Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm

Dues are $20/mo, Sports insurance $35/yr

Girls and Boys ages 7-17.

Each practice will focus on developing and refining skills, such as the proper way to stop, increasing your cardio, strategy, etc. to become a stronger skater and a great teammate.
You will need:
Quad Skates - we use quad skates NOT inline skates or roller blades.
Helmet - a proper fitting helmet.
Mouth Guards - to protect you against concussion, and mouth injuries
Knee Pads - They too, should fit snug on your knees.
Elbow Pads - Snuggly fitting as well
Wrist Guards - To absorb impact of your hand and wrist.
